pk222 temporarily locks login after 5 consecutive failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes, then try again. Alternatively, switch to OTP login — enter your mobile number, get the SMS code, and bypass the password lock entirely. If the lock persists beyond 15 minutes, contact live chat support.
Go to Account Settings → Security and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Once active, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile.
