Terms and Conditions – pk222 Online Gaming Platform

Effective date: 1 July 2025

Welcome to pk222 — Pakistan's trusted online gaming and sports betting platform. By accessing or using the pk222 website at pk222.wine, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and pk222 (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pk222 platform. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use pk222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk222 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as a private individual — not on behalf of a commercial entity or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of pk222.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pk222, including under a self-exclusion request made by yourself.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

pk222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed and outstanding balances held pending verification.

Each player may hold only one registered account with pk222. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering at pk222, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to update your information promptly if any of it changes.

Providing false registration information — including a fictitious name, incorrect date of birth, or another person's contact details — is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud. pk222 reserves the right to close accounts where false information is identified and to report such activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to pk222 immediately upon becoming aware of it.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your pk222 account, contact our support team immediately at support@pk222.wine and change your password without delay.

All deposits at pk222 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• pk222 charges no fees on any deposit transaction. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are not pk222's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned if identified.
• pk222 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal linked to that method.
• In the event of a duplicate or erroneous deposit, contact support immediately. pk222 will investigate and credit or reverse the transaction as appropriate.

Withdrawal requests at pk222 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no pk222-imposed maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts; very large withdrawals may be subject to identity verification prior to processing.

5.1 Processing Times

• Standard accounts: Withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes on weekdays and within 1 hour on weekends and public holidays.
• VIP Gold & above: Near-instant withdrawal processing as a priority account benefit.
• Bank IBFT: Same business day, subject to banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed any active wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• pk222 may delay a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. You will be notified of any such delay and the supporting documentation required.
• Winnings from free bets or free spins may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions stated in the promotion terms under which they were awarded.

pk222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a single, verified pk222 account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, not on your deposited cash balance, unless stated otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Casino games contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from issuance).
• pk222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New pk222 players who make their first deposit qualify for the welcome bonus currently displayed on the registration page. The welcome bonus is available once per player (and once per household, device, and IP address) and cannot be combined with any other first-deposit promotion unless explicitly stated.

By placing bets or playing games at pk222, you accept the game-specific rules applicable to each product. A summary of key rules applicable across all pk222 games is set out below:

7.1 General Game Rules

• All games available on pk222 — including Aviator, Teen Patti, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Jackpot Slots, Ludo Games, Sports Betting, and others — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified software that produces genuinely random outcomes. pk222 cannot alter game results after a round commences.
• Live Dealer game results are determined by real human dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under recorded HD video. Live results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.
• In the event of a technical error that prevents a game round from completing correctly, the round will be voided and all stakes refunded to the player's pk222 balance.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time you place a bet.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the bet's settlement conditions are met, pk222 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes, or settle bets according to the rules displayed for the specific market.
• Obvious pricing errors — including odds that are clearly mispriced due to technical faults — are not binding. pk222 reserves the right to void bets placed at demonstrably incorrect odds and will notify affected players.
• Live (in-play) betting decisions are final once confirmed by the platform. Connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a delayed bet placement are the player's responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk222. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

pk222 employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be suspended while investigation is conducted, without prior notice.

pk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months)

In most cases, you will be notified by email before an account is closed, and any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Where closure is due to suspected fraud or regulatory obligation, pk222 may not be able to provide advance notification or immediately release funds pending investigation.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk222 support at support@pk222.wine. Once closed, all associated data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

All content on the pk222 platform — including but not limited to the pk222 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of pk222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written authorisation from pk222.

pk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering at pk222 you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required or where fraud prevention requires it. All data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk222's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk222 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your own decisions to bet or play, including losses resulting from following strategies, systems, or third-party advice
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other payment intermediary
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses

Nothing in these terms limits pk222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk222 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

Every pk222 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account settings panel:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits
• Session time limits — automatic reminders or disconnections after a set playtime
• Reality checks — notifications that appear at intervals you specify
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform

Minor amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or additions reflecting new features) may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent version.

Continued use of the pk222 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect.
